Any reason to keep QuickOffice?

Now that everything is included in Drive, is there a reason to use QuickOffice?

I can modify a *.xlsx file residing in my drive using quick office, but I can't using sheets.

If you don't need any excel features and can convert all to sheets format, then it wouldn't be a problem for you. Some people you correspond with may prefer xls
