Any reputible sites for unlocked phones? I need a Note 7 replacer

I have the Samsung J7 as my temporary phone till 2017 when Samsung decides to release the Note 8 or N8 line (however they are gonna rename it). I was debating about getting an unlocked Samsung A9 phone with a 6 inch screen.

Anyone know any reputable websites that sells unlocked Samsung phones that aren't scams? Thanks in advance.

Well, I can't say that they're ALL unlocked, but you can find pristine, gently used phones at Swappa. The details of each phone should specify if it's unlocked or unlockable.

That website looks sketchy. I need a site that is famous for selling unlocked phones. I wish I could find one recommended by a famous person or by CNET.com.
