Root Any roots that are stable?

I am just wondering if there are any rooting methods that still make the phone stable? i hear people get reception loss and need to reboot. I want to root to use Roam Control so i cant afford to lose more service.... Thanks in advanced.

Well the "rooting method" really has nothing to do with whether or not you experience LOS. Some speculate that it is a software problem on Samsung's front, others believe it is the fault of Sprint's network, and others still believe custom kernels (with really grant root) are to blame.

I put in a custom kernel using Odin and then flashed Starburst Rom's latest (1.9.8r) which came with LoStKernelExp+. This is an easy way to root the device and I have never experienced any LOS while using the phone. Anyone kind enough to post a video how to do this on a Mac?
Tried doing this on OS X and had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

This is actually the easiest way as of now, this DOES NOT flash anything. IT only roots and it's super easy.
