Any RTS Offline Games for Android??

Hi guys, I just have a quick question... Is there any offline RTS games; Kinda like Age of Empires, for the Android mobile phone platform?? I did find the game Townsmen and its fun but when you look online for some tips, walkthroughs, or guides, there are none available.. But I am on the prowl for some RTS games like AoE 2: Age of Kings
 
I need offline games because I only have internet when Wi-Fi is available and It's not always the best connection when I do find Hot-spot... Please and thank you.

Another quick question...?? Do I need to download Android Games only from the Play Store or is their other websites I can download from...?? Trusted websites I mean.
