Any spreadsheet with validation dropdown ?

I've found a couple of apps that can edit spreadsheets, however, none of those I've tried have been able to use the polldown menu, you get when using validation in Excel.

Does anyone know if there exists any software that's able to use pulldown menus for spreadsheets ?
 
If noone has a clue, does anyone know if any spreadsheet, that will suggest the text I'm typing, from the text above.

Let me explain:
If I write Android in A1, and then start to type And in A2, it will suggest it's Android.
