Any suggestions on get the better battery backup from Lenovo K3 Note

I have been using using Lenovo K3 Note (Rooted, Xposed, Greenify & Amplify) for quite sometime. I am quite satisfied with the overall performance but batter life is not very good for a 2900 mAh battery. Currently i am getting roughly 3 hrs of screen on time.

Any suggestions to improve batrery life?
