Any Text Apps With NO Bubbles?

What up,

I am looking for an alternate texting app. I have looked at Handcent and Chompsms, but both seem to use the "bubbles" look when viewing messages. Are there any that use something different?

Handcent DOES have a conversation style setting that lets you choose bubble style or not.

Ok, thank you! I will check it out. From all the screenies of Handcent that I have seen, it only showed the bubbles.

Yeah, I use Handcent with the default Android style. The bubbles are pretty but waste a ton of screen real estate.

you can make the bubble go away by putting the transparency all the way up
