Any tips for wheeling & dealing?

First, let me say up front: I know I'm not entitled to get what I want, I'd just like to reduce my monthly phone bill if I could, without reducing any of my service. That being said:

I heard about a Verizon plan that's exactly the same plan I currently have but costs $60 a month vs the $75/month I'm currently paying. Verizon Introduced a New $75 Single Line 2GB Plan, Secret 2GB $60

Call CS and ask them. It's been my experience that when you call instead of going to a store you get better service.
