Any Tivo users!! Can I do this with my Tivo?

I am trying to figure out if this is possible.... I have a Tivo that already has a wireless G usb network adapter hooked up to it. I have pdanet on my home computer and my phone....so how do I get updates on my Tivo through my phone by trying to use that (the phone) as a wireless router? Does that question make sense? Or is that even possible??

Sorry...I have no idea what I am doing and I'm pretty impressed with myself that I got the pdanet thing working good!

BTW - my phone is a Droid X - NOT rooted.

Alternatively, I'd like to know how to do this using the Droid as a wired device, right to the TiVo.
