any update on n1 coming to verizon?

hey i am new to this forum and i was just wondering if the release date for the nexus 1 has been released? I am very anxious for this phone, and "spring of 2010" is just not specific enough. thank you

Rumors say around March 23rdish.
 
as long as you're new, learn to search before starting yet another thread about a topic being discussed in another active thread.

That link has nothing to do with what the OP wanted to know.

By the way, I was speaking to the Verizon rep and she told me that it'll probably a week or two after it launches on Verizon before the store sells it. This matters to me because I can't apply my Every 2 discount if I buy the phone from Google directly, so some people may have to wait until April-ish.
 
as I JUST STATED IN ANOTHER THREAD... I would think it is VERY unlikely that vzw or ANY other provider will directly sell the n1... it goes against the very idea of what Google is trying to do
,. which is create a new sales model for cell phones in the us similar to how the rest of the world does it... try and keep up.
 
thank you everybody and i will search before posting a new thread sorry bout that. So im going to wait and i am going to have to buy it online and for how much? any ideas

It's also against Google's ideals to lock their phone to any carrier, but the Verizon rep told me that the Verizon version will probably be locked up more than Fort Knox. I think if Google wants show the world that their ideals will be proven to the world to make the Nexus One a world phone, yep. :-)
 
of course it will... it's VZW!!!! they suck at actually giving their customers CHOICE!!! i don't think there's any mistake as to why VZW is RED.... :p

Their customers do have a choice between phones as as long as it's on their service. ;-) As for red, it could mean a lot of things, courage, good luck, eye-catcher, commun- well you get the point.
