I have two email address in my Android phone, my personal Gmail, and my Google Apps college mail. Whenever I go the the market, and "My Apps" I find that it seemly randomly will be defaulted to my college account, which I do not want to download apps with. It's getting rather annoying, as I'm sometimes installing apps under this account without realizing it. Overall, I feel this is a pretty useless feature. Any way to get rid of it?

Go to market.android.com. Log in with the account you DO NOT want to install apps with. In the upper right, click My Market Settings. Now there's a settings tab next to orders, click that. You'll see your devices. Click "Edit" on the right and change it to "hidden" at the left then click "update" back at the right. Do that for all your devices. Maybe that will help.

And I use the multiple account thing on a regular basis. It's a useful setting for us that have seperate accounts but have paid apps on both.

Tried that, but the two accounts are still showing up in the app. Tried rebooting my phone, and deleting the Market app's data.

The only imitation solution I have found is to disable notifications in the Market and then make sure your primary account is selected. It seems to work, I now only see my primary account on my phone, not my other one. So annoying...

Yeah, I bought an Asus 101 and returned it the next day... it's showing up as a second device and all the Asus apps are listed, co-mingled with the others. There should be a delete button!

Also shows up on my Google Dashboard and no way to delete it there either.
