Any way to get deal on cash purchase of VZW 4G phone?

I don't have an upgrade to use, but my wife hates her Droid 2 and wants a large screen phone. I called the Verizon store and they said that our 25 percent corporate discount only applies to accessories and plan options greater than $30, not on new phones.

Knowing that I would need to go cash only with no renewal discount, are there any retailers that have better prices than the vzw $640 for the droid razor max?

Well, that can happen to guys that wait until the last minute on important days like Mothers Day. And speaking from experience, we tend to do that.

Regarding the RAZR Maxx, I think that's the best phone you can get from Verizon right now.
