Any way to get phone calls to default to talkatone when connected to wifi?

Since I use the regular dialer when not on wifi and voip/talkatone when on wifi, its kind of a hassle choosing which dialer to use all the time. Is there some sort of solution that will allow me to use regular dialer when on mobile network and my voip app (talkatone) when on wifi?

Wow,coming from an iPhone, Tasker seems insane. Looks like it can do what I need.
