Since the View is a CDMA device, it can't be unlocked in the traditional sense that a GSM device can be unlocked. There is nothing to unlock. The only way to get it to work on a different CDMA carrier is if the carrier is willing to add it to their system (which most carriers will not do - although I can't speak for any carriers in Mexico - and there might be software differences that will cause problems even if they will add it), or if you can flash it to a different carrier. Many have successfully flashed it to Boost Mobile in the US, but that isn't even an option with a lot of carriers. It's something you'd have to check into locally with the carrier you want to use, or with someone who is familiar with flashing for your carrier.
And the 4G in the View is WiMAX, so that part will not function at all on any CDMA network.
