Help Any way to remove Samsung bloatware?

I have a Samsung Note 2, (Verizon), and would love to remove as much of the software as possible running on this phone. 1) Please refer me to a good Android OS manual so I can understand how apps are started and how to keep them from restarting. 2) Are there any HowTos that explain how to get as close to a bare bones Android installation as possible.

Here is the device-specific forum for your phone-

And the sub-forum for rooting which is what you will need to do to disable or remove bloatware-

Depending on the Android version and firmware some of the pre-installed apps may have the option to disable them without root. Look in the app manager and if the app has a "Turn Off" button available you can disable it. To disable apps that do not have this option will require rooting and use of Titanium Backup or a similar app. Once disabled or "frozen", an app will not be able to run until you re-enable it.
Since it appears you are new at this, be sure to do lots of reading before making any changes to your phone and get a good understanding of what it is you are doing.
