Just making sure i've not missed anything.

Has there been any official word on the re-release date of the gingerbread update?

I know it has been pulled because of a possible bad user experience but no-one has given an approximate time frame (as far as I can tell).

I think the most important point is that Samsung released the source code for Gingerbread. Gingerbread itself is not better then Froyo's JPY was. But with the help of our developers it has the potential to become outstanding....
