Where did you find it? I deleted mine after I got rooted and deleted a lot of bloatware. But now I want to reinstall, but I don't know how. Any idea how I can get it?

Why does this program has/needs access to my personal contacts?

In the end, I did not install the required upgrade because of the contacts deal.
