Anybody else in extreme southern south florida (homestead) notice a slowdown in metro's 4g speeds lately? I've been lucky to get .3 mbps speeds down for the past couple of weeks when I used to regularly get ~1 to 1.5 average. Is this a growing trend of Metro throttling 4g speeds severely?
