I just wanted to add that I think that the case that comes with the G1 looks like pure garbage. I hate it. If you like it... sorry to offend you but I'm soooo not a fan!
I was waiting to buy one until I read some reviews online of others... I'll let other people be the gerbals and choose from the recommendations. I don't typically even buy/use cases but I like this phone too much to let it get scratched!

I picked this up with the phone (black model) today. Nice to have an official OEM leather case... granted this case is made for the HTC 8525 but it fits it perfect...

Nice thing about working for Best Buy is my cost on items... I got the case for $6 out the door... so to be correct I didn't "get owned". I just didn't want to post my pricing on the site since no one else (unless you work there) can get it.

I got that case from someone a while ago. Its a pretty good case....but i hate cases. So i ordered the invisible shield.

Always get a case that you can slide your belt through........... because if you brush against something. Your case won't come off and possibly lose your phone !

I was going to get a case but, I don't wear my phone on my belt, its usually in pocket, so I am going to stick with what it came with in the mean time, I am also waiting on my invisible shield screen protector.
