Anyone else having issues with Peep?

I can login to twitter via mobile browser but not through peep.

I keep getting invalid username or password.

I had the email from twitter about oAuth, is that the problem?

I would imagine so, if Twitter have changed their authentication we'll need a new version of Peep, and it's not like you can get updates on it through the marketplace. HTC may have to do a OTA update to fix it, but if it takes them as long as it took them to fix the Facebook for HTC Sync issue, I wouldn't hold you breath.

So, now peep is dead, can anyone suggest an alternative?

For me I simply want a widget similar to the htc twitter widget. Something that shows a full tweet and opens links in the stock browser.

Working fine for me now. HTC announced it was fixed on Friday.
