Anyone else having massive site slow-down issues?

Today (and today only) I've been having the worst time with site just being all around slow. Anything going on that I don't know about?

Or is it the influx of Tappity-talking-tappers causing the issue?

I haven't noticed any slow down so far.

It was earlier for me but now seems to have gotten much better.

I couldn't connect at all for about an hour yesterday ... not sure if it was the site or my lousy internet... seemed to be mostly contained to just this site. Couldn't ping it at all, google on the other hand pinged back fine.

It's fine for me in Melbourne, Australia. Maybe the site had some downtime or server over-load.
