Anyone else having problems after the Android pay update?

After I did the update last week, I noticed I've been having problems, the main thing is I haven't been getting phone calls. no, it's not that no one calls me, i get the voicemail without a missed call. Also haven't been getting my text messages in a timely manner. I haven't done a factory reset yet.

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

You must be on AT&T. I have been having similar issues for quite some time (at least for several weeks prior to the 5.1.1 update).

I'm actually on T-Mobile. So at least I know it's not a carrier issue. The update has a flaw
