Yes, I have noticed this. But they are just throwing out an opinion and not a review. Most of the time they leave out the "Why". They say this apps suck and never say why they feel it sucks.

I agree. I would definitely appreciate a quick "why" something was good or bad, and the version of OS they're using.

And I highly dislike the spam comments, most notably the "I'm on HI AIM vXX.X" comments, or whatever it's saying.
