Can't post image so in next post I'll post the link if possible. To describe the problem it seems as though there's a whitish overlay covering the lower half of the screen. It's transparent and goes away and comes up randomly. If anyone knows anything about this problem that'd be great, thanks! 
I honestly have never seen such. What device do you have? Perhaps the other owners of that device have experienced the same and have a fix. I can direct you to that area if I knew the device. I hope we can put you onto a solution. That has to be annoying.
