Anyone in Vegas with an LTE phone?

Just wondering what the LTE speeds are like in the Vegas area. Heard LTE have been popping up on my side of town, near Durango/215-ish.
 
Speeds basically depend on your LTE signal strength on your device at that specific moment, if you're only getting a crappy unstable one bar then your speeds can be as low as 0.3 - 0.4 Mbps; but on average your speeds should be around the 20's Mbps give or take.
 
I hope LTE acts better on the Strip than 3G does. Just came back from a trip there and even though I had full bars most places the 3G data was really slow. I assume it has more to do with capacity issues more than anything. I hear the same with other carriers during peak times, as well.

Does anyone know if LTE deals with capacity better in such a concentrated place like Vegas? If anyone catches LTE on the strip it would be great to hear about the speeds... when it happens, of course.

I assume next time I visit I will have an LTE phone that will double as my hotspot. Whatever it takes to not pay for those ridiculous resort fees
