anyone interrested in swapping Recipes?

I am always looking for new recipes to try so If anyone is interrested in swapping recipes or just want to share some lets do it here. I will start:

Jalepeno Bites

slice jalepenos length wise in half and scoop out all the seeds.
Mix an 8 oz. block of cream cheese with Dill weed seasoning and Garlic salt (amount of dill and garlic to taste.)
spoon mixture into each slice of jalepeno.
wrap in a strip of bacon.
Bake in oven on 375 until bacon is done.

Optional- you can add parmessan cheese to mixture or shredded cheese of any kind for more flavor before wrapping in bacon. I also use lean bacon so there is less grease in the pan.

This is one of my favorite party apps.

sounds yummy, minus the bacon!

Its not a recipe, but something i like to do for holiday parties is get strawberries and take a knife and cut a circle out of the inside of each own, melt chocolate and pour it in to the hole and then refridgerate them and let the chocolate harden! (we use normal chocolate and white chocolate) after the chocolate has hardened on the inside, pull them back out and drizzle light chocolate all over them :-)

Homemade Pulled Pork
-2lb pork tenderloin
-1 12oz can of root beer
-Place tenderloin and root beer in crock pot
-Cook for 6-7 hours
-Drain juice
-Shred the pork with a fork (it will fall apart easily)
-Pour in a 15oz bottle of BBQ (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays)
-Add some brown sugar and season to taste. I like adding salt, pepper, Tony Chachere's seasoning, Worcestershire, and Frank's redhot sauce
-Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low
-Enjoy
