Anyone Just Sync Music/Photos Manually?

I find the existing "solutions" for this on the S3, especially music, lacking (for lack of a better word). Kies, Double Twist, Play Music, whatever. They're not worth the effort, IMO.

For photos, I use Picasa Tool or Dropbox to get selected pics in the cloud, but it's essentially a manual process. Not a big deal for me.

Anyone else arrive at this decision?

I'm at the point I'd like to be able to sync in any form!

I just dragged and dropped my mp3 folder. I've used rsync on other devices.

I don't like auto syncing anything, except exporting from a cloud once I put stuff there. I always just plug my phone in and drag and drop my files. I don't understand why people think that is so hard. It takes longer to bind a file if it copies to a random folder if trusting the sync features.
