I don't think it's a phone problem. Does it lose charge really fast as well? if it does, you just have really bad signal and that's what's causing it.

no. the connect has had overheating and battery problems since the begining, there was an update relesed from lg that helped the heating issue but didnt cure it (my phone and most peoples went from a steady 100+ to 90). the dying problem is because when the phones off its so aggressively trying to find 4g that it overheats itself and a combo between overheating and finding 4g kills the battery. i walked into a class one day with 100 battery and forgot i turned off juicedefender and my phone was looking for 4g the whole time at an hour i noticed my pocket had been burning for a lil bit, i pull out my phone and its 130+ degrees and 5% battery. not acceptable no matter what the circumstances.

Did just receive a text from Metro about the S3 being $100 off from 11/22 to 12/2. And that they still have the $30 plan running.

looks like they beat MetroPCS to the punch with selling both colors.
I was told MetroPCS would be getting both colors and the 32GB version eventually. I hope that's true.

Not surprising it's the same model # as ours, Cricket does that with every phone they basically just wait for metro or US Cellular to pay the manufacturer to develop the phone (since we have the same bands of spectrum) then comes in & say can I get what they just got. They did it with the Optimus M -> Optimus C, Huawei Ascend, Samsung Admire changed to vitality, Samsung Indulge 4G, ZTE Score M, HTC One V i think we just ended up canceling it, Samsung Galaxy S3 we have a different model number than everyone else because they had to add an LTE band to it but they got the same one as us and now the motion.
And basically all the feature phones like 75% of there phones metro had like half a year before
