I have been looking for it for ages! Any help?
 
That is a simple, but cool wallpaper!

What is that app/launcher at the top of the screen?! That's so, so awesome!

The icons look very familiar. I was into the desktop modding/skinning/Litestep theming community for a while. I know there is a Deviant Art artist that has that unmistakeable style for his icons. I will look into it.

I found who I was talking about! I am almost positive mattahan made those icons. If not, somebody stole his style.

You can also browse his gallery for these exact icons. I looked for a while, but gave up before I found those exact ones...sorry!

Can anybody figure out what weather Widget that is, and what icon pack that is?

I just found out, the Weather Widget he's using is custom, he made it himself. The icons are Buuf, as stated.
 
That Clock widget is actually from the Beautiful Widgets pack from the Market. The clock skin is called blackcashmere (from Cashmere & Khaki 2010 or simply download it from the "menu" section after you've applied it to your home screen.). As for the Weather skin, I'm unsure. Yes, when you buy the Beautiful Widgets pack & add the widget to your home screen, it includes the clock & weather. Then you can press menu & skin each side individually. Hope that helps you guys.

How do I get these on my phone?? Do I save them to my SD card? I found them on the website linked but have no idea how to get them onto my phone for use. Thanks for any help.

That looks like the dock, where do I get it?
 
Sorry, I am a complete NOOB. I can't find appearances. I see skins, icons, text fonts and colors, other themes, task manager, screen shot, home chooser. Thank you for your help!
 
Do you have Launcher Pro? I don't have my phone with me, so I can't give you specific directions. While in Launcher Pro Home, press the far left button on your phone, you know the one that brings up the Menu, then press preferences, then Appearances, Dock. Should be easy from there.
