Help Anyone knows how to make google services and app store work? in Lenovo A388t

It's because Google is banned in China. It's purely political reasons and nothing to do with quality of Lenovo phones. You got the "t" version of this phone, that's meant for sale and use in China, specifically China Mobile's TD-SCDMA network. The international versions of the A388 all have Google Services.
You can't just sideload Google Services, won't work that way. Phone has to be rooted, maybe a custom recovery, Gapps package correctly flashed, etc. About doing this, I've got no ideas, not for this phone.

You can try this, but it's "hit and miss" for sure. I have one devise that it worked on perfectly, and another that installs the Play Store but gives me the "no connection" error. The most important step is to restart the phone when you are done because it never works the first time! It won't mess up the phone and it doesn't take long at all so it's worth a try.
