anyone own WM7?

I'm really looking for a reason why I don't here much talk about windows mobile 7, anyone of you guys have experience with it yet? for me I think windows needs to stay away from phones lol

It's not Windows Mobile 7, it's Windows Phone 7. It's still a very new platform, and I'm sure there will be more talk about it after the holidays. There's already a fair amout in places like XDA and wpcentral. I've used it, and I like it, but it's missing some things for now. It will be a lot more telling to see how good it is in a year. Android 1.0 on the G1 was nothing to write home about, but look at how far it's come. Only time will tell.

I think the UI is going to have to change for me to ever like it. People give Apple grief for making it too basic. Look at WP7. It's a bunch of rectangles. That's all you get for a home screen! Of course, this also seems to be its major selling point.
