yes. Its kind of slow, but it pulled a rom for my xt1775 usc variant.
THe rom was then saved in "\programdata\lsma\romdownloads or something like that

I dont think so without some modification. It comes in typical motorola fashion with all those seperate files . I used RSD to flash. However, you can do it manually from fastboot too

Well I have lear lenovo is the not brand to consider specially in Laptop, due to its slow performances, is it true ??
Lenovo laptops are usually pretty fast, IF you're not using Windows (Google 'SuperFish' for more details).. But they DO have a tendency to need a new MoBo like 2wks after warranty expires.. I don't think it's a coincidence.

I have used it specifically to refresh my moto e4 Owens back to stock. It does it flawlessly one, maybe 2 clicks. Not sure what you were expecting it to do
