Anyone upgrading from their HTC One M7 to the M9?

1st off - I really have liked my M7, got it on the day they were released and my only real complaints are the $hit camera (except for pictures in perfect day light close to subject matter), intermittent slow operation (especially in 3G service) and Sprint's spotty 4G here in Arizona (maybe the newer M9 has a better antenna or whatever?)

Anyway - it's time for my plan to allow an upgrade and I'm guessing I'm not the only one on here with a similar timetable and questions/thoughts about making a change ....
Anyone found any Pro's or Con's?
Alternatives?

Also - what are you seeing the market for used M7's to be?
BestBuy didn't seem to have a very strong $ trade in offer (even though I have the protection plan with them).

I know the M9 just hit stores here, but am also hearing it's sales have not been strong ... so maybe some better pricing or promo's are right around the corner????
