Anyone upgrading to the V20?

I have been looking.....
I went in to Verizon last Friday to upgrade to the Note 7 but..... I could not! They stopped selling it that morning!
So now the V20 is looking much better. I guess we will know more tomorrow (?)
I just hope LG will give us something more then a new OS and 20mb camera :)

Lateck,

Not me. According to the renderings, they're taking away the back buttons. That's one of the reasons I liked LG. So will stick with the V10.

I hear you. Shortly after getting the V10 I realized how much more sense it made to have the buttons on the back. Maybe they will be back for the next phone in the V series next year.

I am upgrading to the V20 I like the specs & I prefer the volume rocker on the side. Just wish it came with front facing speakers & a dedicated camera key since the focus on this phone is Camera & Video.

Looks like I may be "forced" to with my v10 insurance replacement not working properly and tmobile sending me an s6 then a g5 due to "none" being available. Been a month without a fully working v10!

-Can you still complain enough until they send you a new one?

Are they taking away the shortcut keys (double tap vol down to open camera)?

its either the v20 or note 7,havent decided yet.wish the v20 had the water proof ratings like note 7 and iphone 7.
I think i will wait a while and see what people say about them both after a month or two's use.

I did that with the Note 5 and V10 but went hands on. Returned the Note 5 and stayed with the 10. A lot of people like/dislike samsund/lg. You may wanna form your own opinion for close to free (depending on your carriers return policy). I'm glad I did.

Just a suggestion you may want to take into consideration. I see you are already trying to take your time and be informed.

I have a feeling this may be my new phone. I've had HTC for the last 5 years and like them (one X, m8, m9), but Tmo ditched the HTC 10, I'd like a larger screen, and I'm not a fan of the curved glass on the Samsung Edge or Note (it creates a "floating" optical illusion I don't like). Add the reports of the V20s recording dynamic range (I'm a musician) and that it ships with Nougat, (one less upgrade to hassle with) and this sounds like it could be an ideal choice if it fits in hand/ergonomically. Looking forward to seeing it IRL!

I noticed that the V10 is being put heavily on sale as it nears its end of life cycle. Is it worth getting at the very attractive prices, or is waiting for the v20 a better option? I currently use an HTC M9 running marshmallow. I would describe myself as a heavy user, but I'm not a person who must have the most recent of everything as long as it works and works well. One of the reasons I am moving away from HTC is that I need a bigger screen so that I can do more jobs that typically I would have gone on my laptop.
