Anyone using Splashid password safe?..

As it said .. Is anyone using this programme?
I have the latest desktop version, and the mobile counterpart, but whatever I try, I can't get them to sync.
When I try, I get a message saying :
"Splashid safe not found running in your wireless network, you need to download and run Splashid safe in order to sync.
I've tried using the IP address the desktop programme displays, and I've tried using the CMD command to get my routers address, but every time sync fails.
The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note .. not rooted, running the official version of ICS

I guess just general trouble shooting.... can you ping the devices from one another?

Yes, I'm a very satisfied user of SplashID [www.splashdata.com] and I didn't have trouble using its sync feature between desktop and mobile over Wi-Fi. Try the Global IP address sync workaround as instructed under their website's userguide > android > global-sync-pc
