try this? [Live Wallpaper] Ownskin UGC -- Now you could add sound event - xda-developers its 24 hour option may be good for the sky?
You might want to try this
Just upload a few photo and you are able to create a full featured Slide show Live wallpaper with all the bells and whistle.
The user could use a predefined frame or choose a plain slide show with different number of windows
Just upload the desired photo select the setting that you would like to have and generate the APK, you could download the APK and send it to your friends via email or similar.
