Anyone with Dictionary which is non-online

Can anyone share there dictionary applications which don't need an internet connection cuz all dictionaries ive encountered need to connect to internet before i can use the full application... compared to dictionaries base on java which dont need connection..

hope someone can share... by the way im using Samsung galaxy Ace S5830.
