Always on display

New to this phone
Like the Always on display feature

But after my S6 Edge Plus poor battery life would be nervous about having enabled all the time

Did put it on a night schedule... Would of liked the option to have during charging only

Any one done any measurements on or off with this to see the difference?

Any thoughts please

I prefer mine set to 'On' and showing the date, time and missed SMS.

The best Battery saving tip I was given years ago was to Turn Off the Battery % indicator and enjoy the phone.
 
Mine is off always. I just don't need the info/drain since I wear a watch. But an option for "on only when plugged in" is a great idea! I'd use that.

You can do that already with the developer options.
