Help Aoson M723 Tablet

I have a AOSON M723 tablet that is about 4 months old. I can get it to come up. The looks like below.
Android system recovery< 3e>

Volume up/down to move highlight:
menu or power button to select.

1.reboot system now
2.apply update from ADB
3.apply update from sdcard
4.wipe date/factory reset
5.wipe cache partition
6.wipe media partition

There is no volume control on this unit. So I can not move from the option # 1.reboot system now and that brings me back to the same display.

You have 2 options
1. Let the battery fully discharge. It may reset itself.
2.You could reflash the firmware using a Windows PC. Google will help you find these tools and help you to use them
