Aound from speakers is cracking at the end especially when a speech is played

I have reported this issue to Google twice, they have replaced my handset twice. Does anyone else facing the same problem?

No even at 70% volume, it is also coming sometimes even lower especially on podcasts or some speech is played.

Are you certain that the podcasts or speeches may be the issue? Sometimes the audio file itself is overdubbed and the crackling sound is already in the file.
How does everything else sound?
Calls, music, notifications?

Calls have also issue, when I call normally sometimes I hear cracking/buzzing sound but I get it all the time if I put it on speaker. Not in all music I could hear but in some... Check out this link of youtube where I observe the issue - https://youtu.be/W4On8RHMpX4

Notification sometimes, but mostly when some person is speaking and there is no background music, it comes. Sometimes on Netflix too.
