apk files without market links

I made a backup by using AppSaver. It won't backup any of data or market links of the apps. Just apk files. After the backup, I will reinstall those files.

But will my apps show up in the market? I mean both my free and paid apps won't be installed from market but installed from somewhere else (From my SD card actually).

I don't want to use any backup programs, just the apks. I want a very very clean start. That's why. Any quick replies appreciated

If there is no market link, then no, you wont see them show up in the market for updates.

Are you sure? Maybe they keep what I downloaded in a database?

Im pretty sure you cannot FULLY backup apps unless you are rooted. So if you are not, the apps arent fully backed up.

I am rooted, but I just wanted a very clean start, but after what you said, I did a backup with data. So, market links remained.
But I think they should keep a list of what I downloaded, and all I have to do must be install apks.
Unfortunately, I read that creating market links by myself is impossible, because it would make piracy easy, which I don't want it to be.
