Hi, Welcome to the forum! :)

Im afraid that Apps purchased via the iTunes store will only work on Apple products due to the devices running their own operating system. Samsung tablets generally run on Android and Apple products run iOS and only apple products support iOS.

You will find many of the same apps are available to purchase via the Google Play Store.
