Help APN doesn't work after close wifi

Hi.
I am using Galaxy Spica with these firmware versions :
-PDA:JH1;
-PHONE:JD1;
-CSC:JH1;
The problem is coming when i am connected at wifi and after i turn off the wifi, the APN doesn't work(i can t connect to any URL).
This probleme dissapear if i reboot the phone and i don t connect to any wifi, just directly to apn.

The problem persist in JH6.

Who's your Carrier?
How are you turning off the wifi?
Is it with any special widget?
Are you using APNDroid for example?

Also try the following:-
Menu
Settings
Wireless & Networks
Mobile Networks
Access Point Names
Menu
Reset to Default.

I'm using my telephone throught Vodafone.

When i turn wifi on/off i'm using the default widget called energy control.

To turn apn off/on i'm using a widget called apn on-off widget.

Did the Reset to Default settings have any effect?

I tried but no effect.
But when i uninstalled the apn on/off and installed apndroid the apn has worked until i put wifi on-off.

This is a major problem:
3g-doesnt-work-after-wifi-using-issue
