Help APN for 3g and 4g on ATT

Does anyone else have the access point names for ATT? I am trying to figure out which one I should use if I want 3G or HSPA+, then to toggle between 4g as well. I'm using the AT&T PTA for 4G(or so I think that's what it is), and then I have a few APN's I have found over the web, but I'm not so sure that I'm getting 3g with it or not. Would the icon next to the bars change at all between toggles?

I think it all comes under one APN but the phone just chooses the fastest available depending on what coverage is available in the area your in. Your only option is (i believe) to opt for 2G only and turn off all 3G/H/4G data in one hit.
