APN not visible stock owens

flashed back to stock since i was having phone radio battery drain issue with linageOS like chewed the battery up faster then the screen, understock I do not have that issue, I would like to see my APN settings in the stock mode so I can copy it down and apply it to future rom installs, but in the stock non carrie version of my phone their is no APN menue/access points name shown

that mean my sim is locked? odd i see it under LinageOS but no biggie back on the DEC23 build Linageos and it works great my stock version only had a security update to March 5 lol
