How do I setup apn settings for android phone on metropcs?
 
I know nothing about Metropcs (I'm British), but the APN settings are set via the mobile (or cellular) data settings menu -> Access Point Names. You should be able to get the settings you need from MetroPCS themselves - most providers will put them on their website somewhere.
