App cache problems do not allow to save

This is a real problem now. Our tool is designed for image annotations that allows our users to draw polygons on the image outlining objects. Now, what happens as that the answers are sent only upon completion, and then the annotations of previous image get recorded on the new one.

We believe it is a Cache problem.. but we can't really find a solution.
