Help App crash spam

Ive had my phone for months now but all of a sudden after maybe 30+ mins of a restart my phone will begin to spam popups saying "Unfortunatly Blank, has stopped" It will do this with every app on my phone including widgets such as clock or calander, and wen i restart my phone to be able to temporarily use it, it has this loading screen saying that its "upgrading" but it does it EVERY time i restart my phone, ive restarted it at least 10+ times today.
Whats wrong with my phone and how do i fix this.

Ps. Im not tech fancy at all so "dumb down" the answers. please.

Hi daniel9000. Welcome to Android Forums. Your phone could just need a hard reset... battery pull. This will often eliminate nagging problems. However, you problem is most likely being caused by an app you recently added to your phone. If you know what you added just prior to your problems, I would uninstall it. If the problem persists after trying the above mentioned, a factory reset will be the fix. Be advised that a factory reset will return your phone to it's factory fresh state. All items such as your photos, texts, etc will be purged in the process. You will want to back up what is precious to you prior to resetting your phone. Apps that are associated with your play store account and contacts backed up by google will repopulate. I hope some of the above returns your phone to an enjoyable state.
