App Creation Help

Hi everyone,

Have an idea that i would like to do that may sound simple to me... but just want to make sure it's possible to do...

I use a spreadsheet to input data for work driving the semi showing all the loads and the corresponding data for each load i do that day..

i would like to make it where i can have an app that would allow it to be in a cloud storage and allow it to do it for multiple users creating a sheet for each user that way they can see the data and what the truck has done for the day along with what they made there are many more facets to this whole thing...

but if you want to see a sample sheet of what i do in spreadsheet form email me..

i know i cannot have the app do it exactly like what i do in the sheet because of the layout and such but I'd like to try to see if this may make it easier for others to have one place to record there work instead of hand writing or allowing them access to the spreadsheet with no locks ((as they could modify formulas to change pricing and such ))

Interesting project. There's a lot of information being gathered there. Your first challenge will be to come up with a UI design, to handle the collection of all that data.

There are a few options for cloud storage. One thing you may be interested in is Firebase https://firebase.google.com/docs/storage/android/start

I started to do just that with firebase... but i got lost as i don't totally understand it all.. . and deleted what i started.. i just need input on what to do.. looking online just didn't give me the info i needed i guess
