[APP][DEV] GRID Launcher - Single screen app drawer / launcher

GRID is another take on app launcher.

There's no pages or widgets, but just apps. Something like drawer in standard launchers.

Some features:

• hide and show apps
• rename them
• sort list alphabetically or by usage

And of course you can search - apps and web. To switch between serch modes simply pull to refresh your app list.

Few customization options are available.
